Do you have trouble with your pelvic floor? Maybe you suffer from hip or pelvic pain, weakness or tightness? It’s not uncommon for both men and women to experience pelvic floor issues at some point in their lives.
The pelvic floor plays a vital role in bladder, bowel, reproduction and sexual function. It also contributes to hip mobility, core stability and your overall sense of balance.
In this course, we will use clinical therapeutic yoga to develop an understanding of the pelvic floor health, explore the importance of not only strength but also relaxation and experiment with the ability to balance.
