Together, they create a space for deep relaxation and restoration. We’ll conclude with a scrumptious afternoon tea catered by the exceptional Rustico Gourmet Grocer.
With over 12 years of experience as a yoga teacher and expertise in facilitating Sound Bowl Meditation Sessions, I use a vibrant collection of 99% quartz crystal bowls and other percussion instruments. Each session is one-of-a-kind, shaped by the environment and the unique sound waves it inspires.
Come and experience the unique, soothing waves of sound and vibration. Let the harmonics of the bowls guide you to a place of peace and rest.
I’ve practiced yoga for 22 years and trained in yoga teaching and clinical yoga therapy for the last decade.
As a chronic pain and bowel disease sufferer diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis in 2015, I’ve used both medical interventions and therapeutic yoga to manage my symptoms and regain confidence in my body’s abilities.
I’m passionate about offering subsidised or free yoga to those in need, including healthcare workers and those facing challenges through our exclusive Scholarship Pass, thanks to generous support from local Real-estate Agent and yogi, Kim Liew.
