Heather Robbins has practised yoga for more than 25 years and has spent over a decade training in yoga teaching and therapy. Her own experience of managing chronic health conditions keeps the work grounded in what is practical, accessible and compassionate.
Workshops blend breath-centred movement, clear education and conversation, helping you build confidence, steadiness and skills that make sense in real life.
