Welcome
It’s wonderful to meet you.
With more than 25 years of personal yoga practice and over 15 years of professional training and study, I offer yoga that is steady, accessible and grounded in real life.
My yoga journey began at 18 when my father suggested I try a class. I had no idea then how quietly and completely it would shape my life.
Today, my work centres on breath, nervous-system support and simple, practical movement that helps us all feel more at ease in our bodies—on and off the mat.
Therapeutic by nature
Support that starts with you.
As a certified C-IAYT Yoga Therapist based in Shelley, WA, I offer small, supportive community classes with a gentle therapeutic lens. My focus includes pelvic-floor wellbeing, midlife support and creating yoga spaces that feel welcoming, safe and sustainable.
What I love most is simple: helping people realise yoga doesn’t need to look a certain way to be meaningful.
“My hope is that people feel supported exactly as they are.”

A steady place to begin.
Experience with heart
Evidence-informed. Human-centred.
I’ve worked alongside healthcare professionals and researchers through organisations including Fiona Stanley Hospital, St John of God Murdoch and The Kids Research Institute. Those experiences shape teaching grounded in evidence and human connection.

C-IAYT
certified Yoga Therapist and teacher.
When I’m not teaching, you’ll usually find me with a book and a cuppa, out with the chooks or in nature—quietly resetting amongst the busy-ness of raising two very active children.
Come as you are.
