Most of us try our best to give back to those in need, although it can be hard to do when our own lives may be met with financial and physical obstacles and challenges. Now Kim, local realestate agent, mum, wife and all round wonderful yogi, doesn’t live a simple life by any means! Kim’s desire to give back to the local community is paramount to her.
After Kim approached me about donating a term of yoga to someone in need we decided to create our very own “Community Pass” which will begin in 2023!
Our intention is to generously offer someone in need an hour of trauma informed yoga, meditation and relaxation. We hope that it will offer them a pocket of time, each week, to spend on their own mental and physical well-being.
We are currently approaching several charities with the hope to find one that is suitable for such a generous offer.
As I am a qualified C-IAYT Yoga Therapist, I am trained in trauma informed yoga & safe facilitation of classes ensuring all my students feel welcome in each of my private sessions and group community classes.
As two women, who are both mothers and wives with extremely supportive and loving families, we strongly believe in offering someone in need a space to nurture their health and well-being.
Watch this space…exciting things are happening!
I am a practicing C-IAYT, Yoga Therapist, one of just 7 based in Perth, Western Australia. I am trained and qualified to offer private, and small group, therapeutic yoga services. I offer this on top of my existing community classes.
Each session with me is spent addressing an individual’s health and wellness goals through the application of yogic practices. These are evidence informed and have assisted my clients with the managing their personal health and wellbeing journeys.
