
Weekly Yoga Classes
I run two weekly yoga classes in the tranquil setting of Riverton Pavilion. Each week I write a new yoga sequence, adding a variety of movements to keep your yoga practice constantly evolving and always fun. With the changing Covid situation both of my classes have an in-person & Live-ONLINE option for students.
My teaching style is gentle, therapeutic and accessible to all levels, no matter what physical restrictions you might have.
I focus on gently building strength, increasing stability, releasing tension and creating a sense of calm.
I also teach my students to use their breath with movement in order to improve health and wellbeing.
We finish our yoga practice with a short meditation, designed to not only bring a greater sense of peace, but, more importantly, to be a practice that can be easily incorporated into daily life off the yoga mat.
