All of my weekly Yoga classes are set in a tranquil space called The Riverton Pavilion Hall.
Each week I write a different yoga sequence adding variety and a wide range of movements. My teaching style is gentle, therapeutic and accessible to all levels, no matter what physical restrictions you may have.
What is my focus?
Gently building strength, stability, releasing tension and creating a sense of calm. I teach students how they can use their breath with movement to maintain health and well-being.
