
Weekly Yoga Classes
I run two weekly yoga classes in the tranquil setting of Riverton Pavilion. Each week I write a new yoga sequence, adding a variety of movements to keep your yoga practice constantly evolving and always fun.
My teaching style is gentle, therapeutic and accessible to all levels, no matter what physical restrictions you might have.
I focus on gently building strength, increasing stability, releasing tension and creating a sense of calm.
I also teach my students to use their breath with movement in order to improve health and wellbeing.
We finish our yoga practice with a short meditation, designed to not only bring a greater sense of peace, but, more importantly, to be a practice that can be easily incorporated into daily life off the yoga mat.
